Well, as some of you know, we've had our house on the market since the middle of January. After one failed contract in February, we're about 4 weeks away from moving out of the only house our family has known.

We put a lot of work into 2719 Calle Cedro and there's still a lot to be done (by someone else). We've found a brand new home that's almost finished and instead of figuring out how we'll remodel the kitchen, or replace the 20 year old carpet, all we'll need to do is add some color paint, arrange furniture, and landscape. All of these things will be more fun that reroofing the carport or replacing old cabinets!

We'll send out the new address once we're closer to the move which should happen around May 19th.

Our door is always open to friends who want to visit. Especially to those friends with strong backs, who are willing to help move furniture ;)
